  Not like what I write here will matter , judging from the other reviews left this is a common issue with st George bank Liverpool !! I have rang and made a formal complaint for the discrimination I had received from one of the staff Members .
  Whats the point of a bank being open on a Saturday if the tellers are closed and the business account section is not operating . It’s like easy money for the staff member on Saturday just standing around .
  And Marryann Sammut - I’ve made sure the formal complaint I have put it brings you a lot of attention for your disgusting attitude and the way you discriminate Against people with disability and stated “ make sure you don’t book her In with me “
  I’ve also decided to open my business account with commonwealth and move my current account to them also . St George bank needs to read the reviews on here and train their staff on customer service and handing out correct information to account holders .

  Went in on a Saturday to pick up a card, really understaffed and made to wait a long time for something so simple. Not sure what the point of the concierge service is when all they do is instruct people to sit down and wait rather than actually providing the services of a teller which would actually speed things along.

  Been with this bank over 30 years ask for a statement that i need. it would take to much time for them very bad attitude dont want to help will close down soon went to Carnes hill branch no fuss

  - NEVER GO TO THIS BRANCH.
  LEAVE THEM WITH NO CUSTOMERS SO THEY CAN CLOSE THIS BRANCH AND TURN THE STORE INTO SOMETHING ELSE!!!

  Every time I come here there’s always at least one person with a stink attitude, sometimes it’s the same people. Not all employees are this way though. Mostly the ladies on enquires when you walk in.
  I’ve noticed this one lady’s attitude (kind of short and chubby, black glasses, brownish hair, older woman) today has been so disgusting.
  She sighed so loud in a rude manner after an Arabic man insisted he can also come in store instead of ringing the number he’s given as he feels more comfortable in branch due to language barrier. I felt so bad for the man as he was obviously embarrassed.. Speaking at the top of her lungs literally yelling at customers with a nasty tone.
  I get they’re a bit understaffed today due to the flooding but that’s no excuse to speak to customers rudely. That’s literally her job.
  People like her make me dread ever having to come into the bank.
